Disappointing
My wife and I bought this refrigerator for our new home. I am usually a big fan of LG products because of their focus on making them user friendly with some well-thought-out features. However this product has been a disappointment. Less than 2 months after our purchase we had to have the computer control board replaced. The ice maker frequently gets jammmed with refrozen ice cubes because of the design of the outlet which allows ice cubes to thaw and then refreeze at the outlet. In addition the top freezer drawer gets ice build-up that makes the drawer hard to open. I thought defrosting freezers was something that was in the past! To top it off we have already had one of the door racks break. This unit is far too expensive to have this many strikes against it!More detail ...
